Receptionist – Eurocentral
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Start Date: Monday
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
* Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where appropriate.
* Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the coordination of onsite meetings.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry.
* Assisting with staff enquiries and supporting other departments when required.
* Maintaining reception and office areas to ensure a professional environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
