My client, a leading law firm based in the City are seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 12 months experience in a similar role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment
.
This role is to provide comprehensive general facilities, reprographics and scanning support service to the fee earners, secretaries and other support staff within the firm with duties including

* ntsScanning documents into Document Management System and to Outl
* ookDiscussing job requirements with staff members and ensuring work is completed to a high stand

5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above, including English and
