Overview
We\'re looking for an experienced estate agency Sales Manager to lead our operation in Cornwall. This role not only requires someone that is extremely competent, but who has a comprehensive understanding of the county and market.
The successful candidate will have at least five years\' experience of working at a similar level in estate agency, coupled with a strong track record.
You\'ll need to lead from the front and have the hunger to drive the business forward in terms of market share, and results.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Cornwall operation and drive growth in market share and results.
* Set and communicate strategic direction, ensuring alignment with wider business goals.
Qualifications
* At least five years\' experience at a similar level in estate agency with a strong track record.
