Job Description

Are you a sales professional in the engineering or construction products industry seeking an exciting opportunity to promote top-tier products to your customers?

We are looking to recruit an experienced sales professional to support a client base in the East/Southeast of England.


Your Tasks

Our Territory Salespeople are key to driving our business forward. They act as brand ambassadors, promoting our products to the industry, supporting distribution partners with technical queries, advising on the best products for applications, and understanding their business needs to ensure supply.

Your primary focus will be selling our door hardware and door closer products to distribution partners across your territory. You will promote dormakaba, collaborate with other sales specialists, and seek cross-selling opportunities within our portfolio. The role involves managing existing clients, developing new ones, and exploring outside opportunities.

As a Territory Salesperson, you should be comfortable achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing your customer base, and monitoring performance metrics such as revenue and margin.


Your Skills and Experience

* 2-3 years of sales experience in the door hardware sector, including door closers, locking systems, or related products. Candidates from other sectors with motivation may be considered.
* Ability to manage and prioritize work independently.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Good knowledge of MS Office.
* GAI accreditation is desirable; support for obtaining it is available.
