What you will do:
- Work closely with other teams to identify, monitor, review, and improve service delivery, ensuring quality and outcome improvements where required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of practices, supporting high-quality service delivery by leading and contributing to service-related projects and innovative initiatives.
- Provide guidance to operational teams regarding complex safeguarding and high-risk situations, ensuring effective actions to manage and reduce risks.
- Manage and motivate your team, offering direction, leadership, and development opportunities to foster a competent and vibrant workforce.
- Represent Adult Services at various internal and external meetings, contributing to the strategic development of initiatives that shape current practice and future planning.

Requirements for this Operations Manager position:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current Social Work England Registration.
- A minimum of three years' post-qualifying social work experience with children and families.
- Full UK driving licence.
