Senior Patient Recruitment Associate
Are you a proactive project manager with a passion for clinical research? We're looking for a Senior Patient Recruitment Associate to join our team.
You will lead the day-to-day management of patient recruitment for smaller studies or sections of larger ones. This includes overseeing our global contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The role involves data analysis to identify recruitment trends and a strong focus on project delivery and quality.
What you'll do:
Study Start Up: Manage Study Start Up by overseeing CEM training and communication, developing and leading client kickoff meetings, creating study-specific documentation, and performing initial risk analysis.
Study Delivery and Budget Management: Manage small studies, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery, by monitoring finances and recruitment KPIs, resolving team actions, and providing strategic recommendations with support from senior management.
Study Close Out: Lead the development of study metrics and data analysis to assess the study's impact, and oversee the final report and discussions on future recommendations.
CEM Contractor Management
This role is based at least 3 days per week from our offices in Letchworth.
Key Skills/Attributes/Education:
* A degree in a biological or related science, or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in project management, patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications.
* Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
* Experience working with various stakeholders on multi-regional projects.
* Demonstrated leadership, multitasking, and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
