The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You'll be hands-on with prep and service, supporting the Head Chef, and helping to deliver the fresh, quality food Wallop is known for.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with the Head Chef to run smooth services
* Take responsibility for the kitchen when needed
* Support menu delivery and seasonal specials
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
* Help train and support junior team members
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Solid kitchen skills and a love for fresh food
* Calm and organised under pressure
* Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
