Role Overview
VBS is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Real Estate Lawyer for a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role involves managing a broad range of real estate legal matters, including transaction handling, document drafting, contract review, legal due diligence, and client representation in negotiations and legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee real estate transactions
* Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and legal documents
* Conduct comprehensive due diligence and legal research on property-related issues
* Advise clients on legal rights, compliance, and obligations
* Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, and court proceedings
* Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
* Strong understanding of real estate laws and legal procedures
* Proven experience in contract drafting and legal documentation
* Skilled in property research, due diligence, and compliance checks
* Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution abilities
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team setting
* Law degree from a recognized institution and valid license to practice law
* Prior experience in the real estate sector is preferred
