Job summary An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and driven, highly motivated nurse manager to lead the Acute Medical Oncology Unit in a Band 7 role. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an evolving service. The Acute Medical Oncology Unit comprises of 3 sub services: Assessment Unit, Same Day Emergency care (SDEC), and the Ambulatory Care Unit. This service is currently undergoing a period of transformation to meet the increasing demands and continued development of services. As part of this change, we are looking for passionate and adaptable candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in leadership and management as well as in the care of the acutely unwell or deteriorating patient.
