You will develop and adapt resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students, promoting critical analysis and independent thinking. You will assess student progress through essays, presentations, and research projects, providing timely and constructive feedback. You will also contribute to departmental meetings and potentially lead extracurricular sociology clubs or debates. Ideal Candidate: You should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Sociology or a related field, with a strong understanding of sociological theories and research methods. Proven experience in teaching Sociology at the secondary level, preferably in a boys’ school setting, is essential.
