Job Title: Client Delivery Servicing SME

Location: Douglas, Isle of Man

Hours: Full-time

Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of the time at one of our office sites.


About this Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the IPB Servicing Team within Client Delivery, supporting our International Private Banking clients. The team ensures seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across multiple touchpoints.

This role involves leading operational excellence by providing expert guidance, driving process improvements, supporting team development, and deputising for the Team Leader during absences.


Responsibilities

1. Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for complex queries, systems, and process guidance, ensuring consistency and accuracy in service delivery.
2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team performance.
3. Performance and Development: Monitor performance trends, identify skill gaps, and support continuous improvement and skill development.
4. Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to foster a high-performing team.
5. Onboarding: Support new team members through onboarding and training for smooth integration.
6. Leadership and Workflow: Deputise for the Team Leader, oversee daily workflows, manage tasks, and handle escalations effectively to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
