We're currently looking for a skilled
Painter
To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
️ Key Responsibilities:
* Interior and exterior painting and decorating
* Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
* Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
* Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles
* Own tools and PPE
* Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Location:
* Vale of Glamorgan - property maintenance across multiple sites
Pay & Benefits:
* £19.00 per hour
* Weekly pay
