The Role * Processing vehicle orders accurately and efficiently * Managing the administration of new and used vehicle sales * Coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring all required documentation is completed * Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration tasks * Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations * Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for handover in line with company standards The Person * Previous Motor Trade experience is highly desirable * Strong administration skills with attention to detail * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems etc.) * A proactive and team-focused attitude If you have previous experience in sales administration within the motor trade and are looking for a new opportunity in Rotherham, we’d love to hear from you.
