We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful motor trade business in Rotherham who are looking for a Sales Administrator to also carry out responsibilities as a Vehicle Processing Coordinator.

The Role
 * Processing vehicle orders accurately and efficiently
 * Managing the administration of new and used vehicle sales
 * Coordinating vehicle deliveries and ensuring all required documentation is completedSupporting the sales team with day-to-day administration tasks
 * Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
 * Ensuring vehicles are prepared and ready for handover in line with company standards
The Person
 * Previous Motor Trade experience is highly desirable
 * Strong administration skills with attention to detail
 * Excellent organisational and communication skills
 * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
 * Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems etc.)
 * A proactive and team-focused attitude
