Peripatetic Home Manager
Location: London, East and Home Counties
Salary: Competitive Salary plus car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your role
* Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
* Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
* Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home
* Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
* Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care
* Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
* Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
* Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
* Must have CQC Registered experience for Good and Outstanding homes
* Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed
