Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics — or enjoy teaching all three — this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

About the Role
As part of a committed and supportive Science department, you’ll plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. You’ll play a key role in helping students understand the world around them through practical investigation, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across KS3 & KS4
* Inspire students to develop a love of Science and achieve their full potential
* Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and curiosity
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and develop engaging curriculum materials
* Contribute to the wider life of the school and act as a positive role model

About You
We’re looking for an educator who brings enthusiasm, structure, and creativity to every lesson.
You will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong subject knowledge across the sciences
* Excellent classroom management and a calm, consistent approach
* A passion for engaging learners of all abilities
* Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* The flexibility and resilience to thrive in a busy school environment
