We are looking for a skilled Bid Writer to join our client's growing team. This role involves creating high-quality, compelling bid proposals that effectively communicate value propositions and drive business growth. With a strong emphasis on flexible and hybrid working, you will have the opportunity to work remotely three days a week. This position offers excellent career progression, with previous team leaders having advanced from entry-level bid writing roles.
Salary: Up to £40,000.
Experience: At least 1 year of bid writing experience, with a proven ability to develop persuasive, client-focused content for tender proposals.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop compelling bid and proposal content that aligns with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.
3. Conduct research and gather information to support evidence-based proposals.
4. Edit and proofread bid responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
5. Participate in bid/no-bid decision-making and strategy meetings.
6. Ensure all submissions meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
7. Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
