The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman for ongoing work in Waterlooville. This is a hands-on role, working on site while supervising groundworks teams for a reputable contractor.
Ideal for someone who enjoys being on the tools as well as leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
*
Working on the tools while supervising groundworks operatives
*
Coordinating daily site activities and labour
*
Ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard
*
Overseeing groundworks tasks including drainage, foundations, concrete works, and externals
*
Maintaining health & safety standards on site
*
Liaising with Site Management and subcontractors
*
Completing basic site paperwork
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Working Groundworks Supervisor / Foreman
*
Strong groundworks background
*
SSSTS or SMSTS
*
CSCS Card
*
First Aid (preferred)
*
Ability to lead a team and work hands-on
*
Reliable and committed to ongoing work
