An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a well-established firm specializing in all types of fire alarm and detection systems.
This is a part-time role offering a starting salary of £15,000 for 20 hours per week, along with benefits.
As an Office Administrator, you will manage core office functions, handle financial administration, and support operational processes within a small and busy team.
You will be responsible for:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for calls and emails, managing a shared inbox, and handling queries where possible.
2. Raising invoices, credit notes, and statements via Sage 50, and following up on payments as necessary.
3. Processing incoming customer and supplier invoices and forwarding them for approval.
4. Overseeing office supplies, filing, printing engineer worksheets, and monitoring service contract renewals.
5. Supporting fleet logistics management, including MOTs, vehicle tax, and mobile phone usage.
6. Maintaining accurate records for compliance and health & safety purposes.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Accounts Administrator, Finance Administrator, Operations Administrator, Business Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
* Experience with bookkeeping and Sage 50 software.
* Background in administration.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
