Overview
We are looking for people with great life skills to support autistic adults in Cranleigh. You'll help them learn new skills, get out into the local community, and live independently.
If you currently work in a customer-facing role, you already have many of the skills needed to be a great Learning Support Worker.
Responsibilities
* Help autistic adults learn new skills and participate in the local community.
* Provide person-centred support and maintain a calm approach when handling challenging behaviours.
* Support individuals in developing independence and daily living skills.
Schedule and environment
* Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm hours (no weekends/evenings).
* Comfort with helping with personal care (dressing/toileting).
* Guaranteed Christmas closure to be with family.
