The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will manage multiple projects across Central and Greater London, often acting as the main client contact. Project values typically range from £10 million to £150 million and include a mix of new build and complex refurbishment schemes.
Responsibilities include preparing project briefs and execution plans, managing planning and procurement, leading design and delivery teams, chairing client and contractor meetings, and overseeing risk, quality and cost. The Senior Project Manager will work with a range of private developers, asset managers and institutional investors.
This role also involves mentoring junior team members and supporting the wider business with client development and bid activity.
The Senior Project Manager
Degree qualified in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or similar construction-related subject
Minimum of 6 years consultancy experience within the UK construction industry
Proven ability to deliver commercial or high-end residential projects
Strong understanding of JCT contract administration and construction delivery
Excellent communication, leadership and client relationship management skills
Chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB)
