About the Roles
We're looking for friendly, caring, and confident individuals to join our team at Ross Swimming Pool. Whether you're passionate about customer service or committed to keeping people safe in and around water, we have a role for you!
Front of House / Barista
As a Front of House team member, you'll be the welcoming face of the centre. You'll:
* Greet and support customers
* Provide information on activities and memberships
* Take bookings and handle enquiries
* Maintain cleanliness and a positive environment
You'll be part of a supportive team that encourages people to stay active and return with a smile. If you're approachable, proactive, and enjoy helping others, this is the role for you.
Lifeguard
As a Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of all pool users. You'll:
* Supervise swimming sessions
* Carry out rescues and administer first aid if needed
* Challenge unsafe behaviour and follow safety protocols
* Stay calm and focused under pressure
Already qualified with an NPLQ? Great! If not, we can help you gain the qualification.

For both roles, we're looking for people who are:

* Passionate about health, safety, and customer care

Experience is welcomed, but not essential - we offer full training and qualifications for the right candidates.
