About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Transformation Management Office as a Change Manager. We are looking for an experienced change management professional with a proven track record of leading large transformation change programmes.
Each transformation programme is instrumental in driving the company's growth and strategic objectives. You will guide and lead change initiatives, contributing to the organization’s success.
Boots UK has a significant portfolio of transformational change, including multiple large-scale programmes. You will own the deployment of tools and capabilities to support programme delivery, managing the business change journey and assessing impacts on team members.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver an integrated business change strategy within the transformation programme, collaborating with senior leadership to define change objectives, communicate the vision, and secure stakeholder buy-in.
2. Develop the change management plan, identifying and sequencing activities through to delivery.
3. Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability using organizational and business change impact assessments.
4. Monitor and evaluate change initiatives, making adjustments to achieve desired outcomes and incorporating learnings across the portfolio.
What you'll need to have
* Proven success in leading complex transformation change programmes.
* APM Change Management practitioner or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in a medium/large organization.
* Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools, with experience delivering these within a portfolio of projects and programmes.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, secure buy-in, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations at all levels.
* Effective communication skills, including listening, engagement, and relationship-building at all levels.
