This role will focus on maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong emphasis on auditing and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct audits across the business units, ensuring adherence to the robust AS9100 QMS. * Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions, ensuring alignment with best practices. * Develop and improve documentation, ensuring it remains current and effective. * Lead two key improvement projects annually, such as digitizing training records or enhancing supplier quality processes. * Work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent quality practices across all sites.
