What youll be doing (in real life terms):
* Being the go-to person for your clients theyll call you before they call their own team.
* Spotting opportunities to add value (and revenue) without being that pushy salesperson.
* Translating payroll jargon into plain English so your clients actually thank you for it.
* Keeping everything running like clockwork on budget, on time, on spec.

Youll smash this role if you:
* Have 3+ years in construction sales, umbrella payroll, or construction recruitment.
* Get the realities of contractor workforce models (and the compliance headaches).
* Can grow accounts without losing the personal touch.
* Know how to problem-solve on the fly and keep cool when plates are spinning.
