AIR CONDITIONIONING SERVICE ROLE
£50k + vehicle and package
• 5 days fixed in office every 2 weeks alternate weeks (Week 1 - Mon /
Wed / Fri / Week 2 – Tues / Thursday)
• To be the first point of escalation for your team
• Quotations of remedial works for your team
• Report vetting as required for your team
• Be the second man on site-based works / upskill
• To understand scope and finances for all projects within your team
• Ensure works are completed in a timely manner
• Ensure all ESR's are complete as required
• Ensure RAMS are written well and understood (further training will be
provided if required)
• Look to utilise maintenance checklists to ensure performance is
maintained at a high level
• Offer training and support to Engineers throughout the team
• Ensure online H&S training is completed annually, across your team
working closely with Compliance Manager
• Forward plan and control diary of your team with relevant works
coming up
• Be involved in pay reviews and appraisals
• Work closely with other Junior Service Manager and Commissioning
Engineer to ensure smooth transition across works
• Lead by example
• Add value to the role with innovation and growth of task and areas
• Attend weekly / bi weekly meetings with SOM
• Complete weekly reports to Service Ops Manager & Service Directori
