Change Communications Analyst
Duration: 6-months (possible extensions)
Location: Gaydon (hybrid)
Day rate: circa £250 (inside ir35)
One of our clients is looking for an experienced Change Communications Analyst to support their CEX Unity programme, a key transformation bringing together four CEX teams into a single, aligned way of working. This role plays a critical part in helping people understand, engage with, and successfully adopt change.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting the development and delivery of internal communications such as programme updates, FAQs, leadership messages and manager toolkits.
* Helping create change impact assessments, stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
* Monitoring business readiness ahead of phased integrations and go-lives.
* Coordinating and delivering engagement activities including workshops, town halls and feedback sessions.
* Tracking employee sentiment and responding to insights from surveys and feedback.
* Maintaining communications plans, timelines and content calendars.
* Partnering closely with Programme Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Organisation Design and People teams to align change activity with delivery milestones.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in change management and internal communications within transformation programmes.
* Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
* Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging and user-friendly content.
* Confident workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience using tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams and email platforms.
* Understanding of organisation design and employee experience principles.
Desirable Attributes
* Empathetic, people-focused and highly organised.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
* Experience in automotive, digital or customer experience environments is advantageous.
