We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Twickenham, Greater London for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team. This role is full time for 5 days per week with shifts between 8am and 7:30pm. There will be no weekends or OOH work.

The role:
10. The role offers the opportunity to utilise all nursing skills with each day being varied. The Nurse will perform a wide variety of duties including the following:
11. Assisting the Vet in surgery and monitoring anaesthesia.
12. Holding Nurse clinics and assist the Vet in consultations
13. Carrying out procedures including vaccinations, medications.
14. The Nurse will be expected to provide a high level of in patient care.
15. The Nurse will also have the opportunity to train and guide student nurses.
16. The role offers a good work/life balance with flexible rota patterns to suit a good work / life balance.

19. The practice have a team of 6 Vets, 8 RVNs, 1 SVNs and 1 ANA. One of the Vets holds a certificates in internal medicine and the other in acupuncture.
20. The practice is fully equipped with facilities offering a wide range of diagnostics and services including digital x-ray, laser, endoscopy, ultrasound, in house laboratory and a dedicated nurses consulting room.

30. Salary: Up to £35, per annum, commensurate to experience
