Role; Repair Coordinator Location: Mainly working from home- 1 day a week (Thursday) in the office in Stratford Upon Avon, CV36 Hours: 9am to 5pm - 35 hours a week Start ASAP Ongoing for 3 months- could extend following this Rate of pay £14.30ph PAYE- or £19.66ph UMBRELLA We are currently recruiting for 2 Repairs coordinators to work for a large Housing Association. This role is perfect for someone form a housing and repairs background who can hit the ground running in this fast paced but rewarding role. Main duties * To write escalated complaint letter * To manage hourly/daily the effective planning and controlling the workload of jobs and re-attends and book jobs in with customers that fit in with the customer expectations/ requirement and working within the business areas KPI’s * Assisting with the progression and completion of day-to-day responsive repairs for the residents. * Keep both internal and external customers informed on the status of the repairs at all stages. * Allocating unallocated jobs to operatives including communal work * Allocating unallocated jobs to operatives including communal work * Housekeeping of contractor system correcting orders not closed correctly by operative and similar administrative tasks around appointments. * Responsible for processing Auditing contractors’ applications for payment and updating Orbits systems accordingly * Assist in the provision of information for the database for HHSRS * Major repairs management processing * Produce payment schedules, process invoices, chase valuations and manager * Diagnose all repairs to the required standard to ensure the correct action is taken. The ideal candidate will have; * Proficient in using CRM systems and multitasking across multiple systems * Strong admin and IT skills * Experience in a similar role in repairs and housing * Excellent verbal and written communication Please apply now for immediate consideration
