Graduate English Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Aiding students with reading comprehension, essay writing, and grammar
* Delivering targeted intervention and support to individuals and small groups
* Encouraging literacy development and enthusiasm for literature
* Supporting classroom engagement and positive behaviour
* Assisting in school-wide literacy initiatives and extracurricular programs
Graduate English Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 or above in English, English Literature, or a related subject
* A love for reading, language, and sharing ideas
* Experience working with young people is a bonus but not essential
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
