The Teaching Assistant / SEN TA – Croydon role involves working closely with pupils with SEN, SEMH, and additional learning needs, providing tailored support to help them engage with learning. You will gain hands-on experience within Education and Training, particularly around SEN provision and behaviour support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Providing 1:1 and small group support
2. Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
3. Assisting with classroom activities and interventions
4. Working closely with teaching and SEN teams
Essential Skills / Experience:
