Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our coffee shop maintains high standards of service and quality. You will be responsible for managing staff, health & safety & food/drink legislation & training, and fostering a welcoming environment for customers. Your leadership will be key in delivering an exceptional coffee, bar & cocktail experience while upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
* Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop & Bars, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Manage and train staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
* Oversee food preparation and production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations. (where applicable)
* Assist in the development of drink pricing, marketing ideas and general customer focused outcomes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bars and storage, including cellar management and serving areas in compliance with health regulations.
* Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills.
Skills
* Proven experience in supervising or managing a team within a café, bar or restaurant environment.
* Creative to help ensure we are the "best in the area"
* Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members.
* Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
* Experience in hospitality, bar, cocktail or barista roles is highly desirable.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
