Prospero Teaching are looking for a Year 1/2 Teacher to work at a Primary School in Clacton-on-Sea starting from September 2026. This is a maternity cover position for a minimum of one term.

* Location- Clacton-on-Sea, Essex * Position - Year 1/2 Teacher * Contract or position start date - September 2026 * Duration / Likely Duration - Until the end of the autumn term (December 2026) with view of extension * Contract type - Long-Term* Full time/part time - Full time* Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £165 per day* Hours - 8:00 am - 4:00pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

* Supportive staffing team - Planning shared with other teachers in the phase
* Seeking a Year 1/2 Teacher on a long-term contract
* Full-Time Teaching Position
The Ideal Year 1/2 Teacher Will:
* Have QTS
* Ideally at least 1 year of teaching experience
* Satisfactory teaching references
* Enhanced DBS check completed (Subscribed to online update service)
