Kids 1st is opening a new, state-of-the-art 92-place nursery in Bishopsgarth, Stockton this summer, and we’re looking for a visionary Nursery Manager to set the tone and establish excellence from day one, giving our children the best start in life.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care and education.
* Establish and maintain high standards of nursery practice.

* Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships.
* Manage the nursery's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Proven experience in a nursery management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for early childhood education and child development.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education.
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
