Behaviour Mentor
Location: Selby
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Start Date: February 2026
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to provide targeted support to secondary pupils in Selby.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 mentoring sessions
* Support pupils at risk of disengagement
* Encourage positive behaviour and attendance
* Liaise with pastoral and SEN teams
Requirements
* Previous mentoring or youth support experience
* Ability to build trust with young people
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
