Job Role: Part-Time Accounts & Administration Assistant (Walsall)
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our team at our office based in Walsall.
Flexible Working Hours
This role offers between 10 to 16 hours per week, with complete flexibility to suit your schedule. Whether you prefer two longer days, five shorter days, or something in between, we can accommodate your preference.
We also welcome term-time only applicants and can offer extended leave during school or university holidays, including summer breaks.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting data into our accounting software (Sage)
* Supporting general administrative tasks across the business
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience with Sage is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
* A proactive and organised approach to admin work
* Good attention to detail
Ideal for Students Seeking Business Experience:
This role is particularly well-suited to students in full-time education who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a business environment. Youll develop a working knowledge of basic accounting principles, improve your administrative and organisational skills, and gain valuable insight into day-to-day business operations, while fitting work around your studies.
