General Manager Ideal Profile:

* Comfortable analysing sales, hitting targets and driving commercial success

General Manager Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and profitable service
* Lead, coach and develop the FOH team to deliver excellent guest service
* Monitor financial performance including budgets, stock, labour and costs
* Uphold high standards in health & safety, cleanliness and compliance
* Collaborate with the kitchen team on menus, specials and seasonal offerings
* Build strong relationships with regulars and the wider community
