We are seeking a proactive and skilled Management & Systems Accountant to play a pivotal role in this evolution.
The position is paying up to £50,000, hybrid working, annual bonus, etc…..
Your Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director and collaborating closely with the Managing Director, you will be instrumental in:
* Preparing management accounts and monthly financial reports.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for accounting queries.
* Producing ad hoc financial analyses and reports.
* Supporting the finance team and partnering with various departments.
* Managing cash flow, VAT returns, and payroll processes.
* Assisting with year-end audits and stock costing.
* Maintaining and enhancing reporting tools using SQL and Crystal Reports.
* Leading the design and implementation of a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
* Transitioning reporting to Power BI, moving away from legacy systems.
* Championing process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
* Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
