Job Description
My client is looking for a new Head of Sales and Business Development for their Light Capital Manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire. The business has lost its sales growth and requires new impetus, drive and leadership. This is a hands on role, customer facing and office based when not out with customers.
To fill the role we are looking for a character, a team builder, someone with massive sales push, a hands on operator who is not afraid to walk into a factory or technical areas and motivate with a can do attitute. Equally they must use the same approach in the field with customers and within the sales office. They will directly lead 6 people who are a mix of external and internal sales and marketing staff. We are looking for a stratigic brain who can action a plan.
