Introduction


Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Paintline Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company at Broadley Park Industrial Park, Roborough, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term ongoing work with the potential to become permanent.


Key Duties

* Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.

* Check quality and handle parts carefully.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced setting.



Requirements

* Good attention to detail.

* Team player with a positive attitude.

* Capable of performing repetitive, manual tasks.

* Able to follow clear instructions.

* Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential - full training provided.

* Role subject to a basic DBS (criminal record) check and random drug & alcohol testing.
