We're seeking a proactive Cleaning Team Leader to join our facilities team. In this hands-on role, you'll supervise and motivate a small cleaning team to deliver high standards across all areas. You'll organise daily schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure work is completed to quality and safety standards. The role involves carrying out cleaning duties alongside your team, conducting inspections, and maintaining equipment. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential. Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role is desirable. We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus Manchester to join our Facilities Department as a Cleaning Team Leader on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis. Must be flexible with working hours (between 06:00 - 18:00). Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Understanding of COSHH regulations. Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations. Computer literate. Confident IT user, in particular MS Office. Car essential due to covering two campuses.
