🚀 What You'll Be Doing:
1. Lead and evolve cloud engineering best practices across the organisation.
2. Architect and maintain high-performance Azure infrastructure using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
3. Drive automation to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
4. Implement robust security controls and ensure compliance with cloud governance.
5. Act as a technical mentor and coach to cloud engineers.
6. Collaborate across agile delivery teams and central cloud platform functions.
7. Be the final escalation point for critical incidents and service issues.
8. Champion continuous improvement and resilience in live services.
🤝 Who You'll Work With:
You'll collaborate with cloud architects, infrastructure engineers, developers, SecOps specialists, and delivery managers - all working together to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.
🧠 What You'll Bring:
9. 6+ years of hands-on Azure cloud engineering experience.
10. Deep expertise in Azure networking, security, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
11. Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework.
12. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions).
13. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
14. Experience in regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is a plus.
