Work in a Collaborative, High-Performing GP Practice
Location: Kettering and Mawsley
Sessions: 4-6 per week
Salary: Competitive, based on skills and experience, up to £12,000 per session pa
We are a large, innovative GP practice in Kettering with a branch in Mawsley village, seeking an experienced Salaried GP to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team. With a strong emphasis on teamwork, we’ve built a practice culture that values shared decision-making, open communication, and mutual support across all roles.

What We're Looking For
* GMC registered GP
* Ability to travel between two sites as required, must have own transport
* Strong commitment to teamwork and collaborative working
* High clinical standards with excellent communication skills
* Interest in mentoring, teaching, or service development is a bonus
