The Opportunity

You\'ll combine hunter instincts with consultative flair, selling a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions to high-profile clients who depend on you to keep them safe.
What You'll Do
* Drive new business by forging relationships with key specifiers and decision-makers across the region
* Grow and develop our existing accounts — uncovering new revenue streams at every turn
* Smash your targets and contribute directly to the company\'s ambitious growth plans
* Champion long-term maintenance and monitoring contracts, creating recurring revenue that matters
* Build compelling, commercially savvy proposals for high-profile customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client journey from first contact to live project
What You Bring
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven, consistent track record
* A strong understanding of CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire Alarm systems
* A natural communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels
* Self-motivated and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team
* Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure
* NICEIC, FIA, BTEC or equivalent industry qualifications
* Working knowledge of NSI & FIA regulations and codes of practice
* An established network of contacts so you can hit the ground running from day one
