We are looking for someone who is:
* Resilient and enthusiastic with a passion for working with young people with SEND
* Able to use a variety of techniques to engage students and ensure good standards of behaviour
* Someone with a deep understanding of safeguarding and the ability to support our vulnerable students with care and commitment
* A flexible, creative problem-solver who is ready to embrace the new challenges that come with working in a special school environment
