* Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
* Turning financial performance data into actionable insights
* Monitoring costs, margins, and KPIs to drive efficiency
* Supporting investment appraisals, business cases, and scenario modelling
* Partnering with department heads to strengthen financial control
* Ensuring accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting
* Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and compliance
* Identifying process improvements and streamlining financial workflows
* Supporting ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects across the business
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
* Qualified or part‑qualified (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
* Proven experience in management accounting / commercial finance
* Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
* Advanced Excel + strong financial systems knowledge
* Excellent communication skills — able to translate finance to non‑finance stakeholders
* Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
* High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Strong business partnering capability
