A Day in the Life We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director, Life Sciences Digital Marketing to lead the digital marketing strategy for our Genomics portfolio. You will define, execute, and optimise digital campaigns across platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and achieve commercial objectives by clearly communicating our scientific value. You will collaborate with Brand, Product, Commercial, and Communications teams to ensure digital initiatives are scientifically accurate and aligned with our brand strategy.
What you'll do
* Lead Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for life sciences products, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
* Manage Campaigns: Plan, run, and optimise digital campaigns to ensure effective targeting and a strong return on investment (ROI).
* Analyse Performance: Set KPIs, analyse data, and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.
* Oversee Content: Partner with experts to create and distribute engaging digital content that communicates complex science clearly.
* Drive Innovation: Stay up-to-date on new digital marketing trends and technologies and implement innovative strategies to boost online presence.
What you'll bring
* Digital Marketing Leadership: Proven experience leading and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns within the life sciences or biotech industry.
* Campaign Expertise: Track record of developing and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display).
* LinkedIn Ads: Demonstrated success using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
* Data Analysis: Skilled in using digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to drive optimisation and decision-making.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with scientific, product, and commercial teams.
* Content Creation: Able to translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging digital marketing content.
