What you’ll do Provide sub-contractors enquiries Produce material enquiries in conjunction with buying department Produce analytical tenders for all projects from bills of quantities, specification and drawings etc. Produce quantities from drawings if required. Prepare on costs in conjunction with planning and operations departments Reporting and advise Senior Management on projects at tender adjudication Liaise with Design Team during tendering process as necessary Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Any other duties as required by the Senior Management Team What you’ll need Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a Built Environment discipline. Estimating experience within a relevant sector in the Construction industry. A member of the RICS (Desirable) About You Y ou’ll already have experience of estimating for construction projects and a background in a similar role. Excellent IT skills are just as important. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, accurate reporting skills, a professional approach, and a genuine ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
