Tell me more... In this role you’ll assist with maintaining customer technical libraries, organising and coordinating product samples and trials, and supporting supplier reviews and customer visits. You’ll prepare and deliver KPI reports, help manage benchmarking across categories, and ensure clear and accurate communication between technical, commercial and compliance teams. You’ll also play a key part in supporting category transformations, packaging projects, policy changes, and resilience planning, while contributing to audits and continuous improvement projects across the business.
