Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our team in Andover for an on-site role. In this position, you will provide high-quality eye examinations, deliver personalized recommendations, and ensure patients receive outstanding care tailored to their individual eye care needs. You will utilize advanced diagnostic tools, work collaboratively with our support team, and actively engage with customers to uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service in a professional yet friendly environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all professional regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
* Expertise in conducting detailed eye examinations and interpreting diagnostic results.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately to patients.
* A patient-focused approach and attention to detail to provide personalized and safe eye care services.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting staff and providing mentorship if applicable.
* Optometry degree and registration with the General Optical Council (GOC).
* Commitment to professional development and maintaining a high standard of clinical expertise.
* Experience with advanced optical technology is an added advantage.
