Responsibilities
* Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems and ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms while adhering to industry best practices
* Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation, findability, and overall user satisfaction
* Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and translate raw information into valuable insights for decision-making
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines for a diverse range of users
* Operate with an iterative design mindset and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the overall user experience
* Assist in analyzing market trends, user research studies, and user behavior analyses to inform design decisions and contribute to strategic thinking
* Contribute impactful UI and visual design solutions to solve a broad array of complex business problems
* Develop, maintain and promote design systems to ensure consistency and scale across all products
* Create illustrations, icons, and other visual elements to enhance user interfaces and marketing materials
* Present design decisions to stakeholders based on user research and best practices
* Deliver designs that comply with accessibility standards and best practices
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
* 5+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and services
* Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)
* Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channels
* Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-making
* Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies
* A proactive mindset with a strong bias toward collaboration
* Strong portfolio showcasing Visual Design and UI skills
* Pragmatic approach to design and scaling design solutions through design systems
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
* Experience in designing financial applications or other complex systems
* Knowledge of React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Experience with motion design and creating animations
* Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Prior experience working in an Agile development environment
* Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
